Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of CouplesQuiz (the “App”), provided by Marek Jeziorek, an individual, Komorowska 4/41, 05-800 Pruszków, Poland (“we,” “us,” “the developer”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The App

CouplesQuiz is a native iOS app for couples: a daily question, guess-your-partner quiz rounds, and a shared relationship-progress feature. It’s designed to be used by two people sharing one device, or by two people each running the app on their own device and comparing results together.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use CouplesQuiz. The app is intended for adult couples and includes content related to relationships and intimacy.

3. Subscriptions

CouplesQuiz offers an optional auto-renewing subscription (“Premium”) that unlocks additional content (e.g. the Deep quiz mode, courses, and the full tips library).

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device’s Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
• No refund will be issued for the unused portion of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law or Apple’s own refund policy.

4. Your content

The names, answers, and quiz results you enter are yours. They’re stored only on your device (see our Privacy Policy) — we don’t have a copy, and we can’t restore them if your device is lost, reset, or the app is deleted. Back up your device regularly if this content matters to you.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use CouplesQuiz to enter content that is illegal, harassing, or intended to harm another person. Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the App’s subscription mechanism.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, code, and built-in content (questions, tips, lesson text) belong to us. Your own entered content (names, answers) belongs to you.

7. No warranty

The App is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. CouplesQuiz is a relationship game, not therapy, counseling, or professional relationship advice — treat it accordingly.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data stored locally on your device.

9. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may discontinue the App or specific features with reasonable notice where practical.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
