01 / Studio

Native iOS SaaS
product studio.

xdivision‑dev is the native iOS product studio inside xdivision. A small, senior team moving at AI-accelerated speed — every app still judged the way the App Store actually judges apps: real builds, real reviews, real users.

Swift · SwiftUI · SwiftData · Xcode · TestFlight · App Store Connect

02 / What we build

A native iOS SaaS partner, end to end.

Full ownership from the first architecture decision to the app still running a year later.

01

Native iOS SaaS

Product

From a focused single-feature app to a full multi-screen SaaS product — architected in SwiftUI and SwiftData from the first commit, not retrofitted later.

02

AI-accelerated engineering

Process

A senior team moving at AI-accelerated speed — architecture, boilerplate, tests and first-pass UI move fast. Every change is still read, tested and shipped by a senior engineer.

03

Business-first scope

Discovery

Every build starts from your business outcome, not a feature wishlist — we scope for the KPI, not the demo.

04

Support after launch

Ongoing

TestFlight isn't the finish line. New features, App Store updates, iOS version bumps — your code, your App Store Connect account, nothing held hostage.

03 / How we build

Business first, shipped fast.

You see real progress — real TestFlight builds — at every stage, not a slide deck.

01

Discovery

Scope & goals

Stakeholder and user goals mapped, success metrics defined up front, platform and feature scope locked before a line of code ships.

02

Architecture & design

Before UI code

SwiftUI screen flows and wireframes, SwiftData / CloudKit data model design, technical risks called out early.

03

Build

The engine

AI-accelerated development, directed and reviewed by a senior engineer — native SwiftUI, progress visible in real TestFlight builds.

04

TestFlight & launch

Real users

TestFlight beta with real users, App Store Connect submission and review, a crash-free launch checklist.

05

Support & iteration

Most of its life

Direct support from the person who built it, iOS / SwiftUI version upgrades, roadmap-driven feature iteration.

04 / Monetize

We help you monetize, not just ship.

A native app with no monetization plan is a demo. Pricing gets designed alongside the product, not bolted on after launch.

01

Pricing & packaging

Strategy

Subscription, one-time, or usage-based: we help you decide what your app should charge for, and how, before a single paywall screen gets built.

02

Paywall design & testing

RevenueCat

Real paywall infrastructure from day one, built to be iterated on and A/B tested, not hardcoded once and forgotten.

03

Metrics that matter

Retention & LTV

Conversion, churn, and lifetime value tracked from the first build, so pricing decisions are based on data, not guesses.

05 / Equity

No budget yet? We can take equity instead.

For the right idea, we’ll build for a stake in the business instead of (or alongside) a cash fee. We only do this for projects we’d genuinely bet on ourselves, so this isn’t an option for every idea. Tell us what you’re building and we’ll give you a straight answer.

06 / Portfolio

One project at a time — proof over promises.

Most of what we build for business clients isn’t ours to show publicly yet. Every project is built and shipped the same way, whether it’s ours or a client’s.

Building

In development. No name, no screenshots yet — details land here once there's something honest to show.

02

App #2

Building

Something new is in build. No name, no screenshots yet — details land here once there's something honest to show.

03

App #3

Building

Same studio, same standards, a different problem to solve. Nothing to announce yet.

07 / FAQ

Honest answers about process and craft.

01Is this no-code, low-code, or real native code?+

Fully native: Swift, SwiftUI, SwiftData. AI accelerates how fast we write and review code; it doesn't replace writing real code.

02What does “AI-accelerated” actually mean for quality?+

AI handles a lot of the first draft: boilerplate, tests, repetitive UI. Every change is still read, tested and shipped by a senior engineer. The speed comes from the workflow, not from skipping review.

03Do you build for Android or the web too?+

No, iOS only, by design. Going native and single-platform is exactly what lets a small team move this fast without cutting corners.

04How do we start?+

Email us what you're building. We'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit before anything else happens.
